Step 1: Sign into your cPanel account.
Step 2: Under “Email” click “Email Accounts.
Step 3: Click on the “Password” button next the account you wish to reset the password for.
Step 4: Either enter a new password in twice or press the “Password Generator” button. If you are entering the password yourself it must receive a password strength of 65 (See here for DQ Password Policy) .
Please ensure your have copied your password to a secure location.
Step 5: Once completed click the “Change Password” button.
