To connect to your account via FTP you will need to download an FTP client. One of the most commonly used FTP clients is Filezilla, this document will be based on this client . You can find a download to filezilla here.
Step 1: Open filezilla once open it will look like below.
Step 2: Go to: File > Site manager
Step 3: Fill in your FTP details as follows.
Host: This will be depend on which server your account is sitting on. (if you are unsure what details to use please request your details via firstname.lastname@example.org)
Past GCweb Customers: gcweb.dataquestcloud.com
Past eWorld Customers: eworld.dataquestdigital.com.au
DQ Digital Customers: cpanel.dataquestdigital.com.au
Plesk Customers: plesk.dataquestcloud.com
Protocol: Select SFTP
Logon Type: Normal
User: FTP username
Password: FTP password
Step 4: Click Connect
Step 6: IF you receive the following prompt click ‘OK’
Step 6: Re-enter your password.
Step 7: Click ‘OK’
Step 8: Once you click ‘OK’ it will load the files in your account on the right.
